About Me


I am the former President of the Clemson University Triathlon Club and race director of the Tigertown 10k & 5k. I compete for the Clemson University in the Southeastern Collegiate Triathlon Conference as well as in National Intercollegiate Running Club Association (NIRCA) races. I am the New Canaan High School record holder for the 3000m Steeplechase (10:37.26). My other best times include 4:46.47 for 1600m, 10:40.4 for 3200m, 17:21 for 5k, 27:55 for 8k XC, 36:02 for 10k, 58:05 for 15k (53:08 split in half PR), 1:15:36 for the half-marathon and 2:51:03 for the marathon. In triathlon I have personal bests of 1:04:49 for the standard sprint distance (750m/20k/5k), 2:17:34 for the Olympic distance (1500m/40k/10k), and 5:04:26 for the 70.3 distance.

I am a Road Runners Club of America Certified Coach, a USATF Certified Level I Coach and recognized on the American Sport Education Program (ASEP) National Coaches Registry. Additionally, I am an American Red Cross Certified Lifeguard and Red Cross certified in both Adult and Pediatric CPR & First Aid.
